+11th Edition International Piano Competition "Spanish Composers"; Edition dedicated to José Zárate (Madrid, 1972); "Joaquín Rodrigo" Concert Hall in Las Rozas de Madrid. Every year we dedicate the Competition to one Spanish Composer, wearing their name in the different editions. In 2010, our composer will be José Zárate, offering the opportunity to hear his different piano works. Piano works in pdf.

+January 2011, Orquesta de Extremadura, first performance of Concierto breve para orquesta (2010) for symphony orchestra; Commissioned by Fundación Autor; Auditorio of Cáceres, Auditorio of Mérida and Palacio de Congresos y Auditorio of Badajoz (Spain)

+April 2011, 53rd Concurso Internacional de Piano "Premio Jaén", obligatory work composed by José Zárate.
